1. General Provisions

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gk44 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500. Bonus winnings become withdrawable only after this amount has been wagered.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply simultaneously.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed in the interface of the relevant game. We reserve the right to change bet limits for a specific player or overall at any time.

5.2 Bet Validity

If any round or game is incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, that bet will be considered void and the deposited amount will be refunded. gk44's system log will be considered the final reference.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Market odds may change and bets will be accepted up until the start of a specific event. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

6.1 VIP Tiers

gk44 has three VIP tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to a higher tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated every week and added directly to your account. Cashback amounts are withdrawable as cash, though additional wagering requirements may apply.

6.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

gk44 reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, or cashback rates of the VIP program at any time. Notice will be provided in a timely manner before any changes take effect.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain unfair advantages.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other players to place bets or attempting to manipulate outcomes.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the platform or other users.

8. Account Closure & Suspension Policy

8.1 Closure by gk44

If a player violates these Terms, gk44 reserves the right to suspend or close that account without notice. Bonus winnings from accounts closed due to a breach of Terms will be forfeited. However, the net deposit amount will be refunded.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact our support team to do so. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your existing balance before the account is closed (provided it is withdrawable subject to bonus conditions being met).
